Bob Schindler has an accomplished career in pond in lake management and has held positions as a Senior Aquatic Biologist, Project Manager and Operations Director with an extensive background in lake management, pond management, aquatic and wetland plant management, fisheries management, permitting and site safety programs. Bob has served as a two-time past president of the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS) and has been on the Board of Directors for the past sixteen years. Bob also is a member of the North American Lake Management Society and Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society.
Education: BS in Environmental Resource Management, with minor specializations in Watersheds and Water Resources and Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Penn State University (2004)

Following a twenty-one year career in the lake, pond and wetland management industry that spanned from working for small privately owned management firms to corporate settings and private equity managed platform businesses, Bob felt that it was the right time to create his own brand. Lentic Ecological will strive to maintain a focus on our clients with an emphasis on what is best for each of their individual water bodies to suit their goals and management challenges. Our current services will encompass aquatic habitat surveys, aquatic plant and algae management, water quality monitoring, installation and maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, nutrient management and water body mapping. Consulting services can also be provided to clients who want a partner that can help guide them through their existing management programs.
